At Taylor Wellness Co, I offer a blend of yoga, nervous system support, and energy-based practices designed to meet you exactly where you are—supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

Offerings include yoga for all levels, nervous system regulation practices focused on vagal tone and resilience, Reiki for energetic restoration, and sound healing with tuning forks to support deep relaxation and release.

 

I also provide specialized support for individuals navigating neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. Small, consistent practices and safe, supportive spaces create meaningful change over time.

Tabitha has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has taught for over a decade. She found yoga during a time of physical stress, autoimmune challenges, and a demanding corporate career, and it quickly became her anchor. Yoga has supported her though life's many transitions, and she now focuses on creating classes that cultivate mindfulness, peace and joy. Tabitha believes yoga should be grounding, supportive, and accessible- both on and off the mat.
